Dear moderators for this ultimate site;
i'd like to make a suggestion if possible:
wouldn't it make the "fan comments" section better, if
we had a chance to contact the other fans who posts comments here?
so that we may have a way to contact the fans from our country to
establish Blackmore's Night Fan Clubs? just the e-mails of the commenting
fans would be enough for a world-wide community of the fans of this
magnificant duo & their friends... many thanx again for making
this great site alive! lots of love; fan from TURKEY; Serhat.

Hi Ritchie and Candice!
The Ghost of a Rose is beautiful. When you will come to Hungary?

Ritchie and Candice, Congratulations
on following your hearts and playing the music you love. Ritchie
could easilly have beat the Purple thing to death if it was about
money. I'm glad to see someone playing music for the sake of the
art rather than looking for the new pop hit. Internet distribution
is giving artistic freedom back to the artists. Hopefully music
will return to being about performance and expression rather than
popularity. One Wish: Post some music on your web site. Informal
jams in MP3 format. They don't have to be finished songs. They dont
have to be taken too seriously! I'm sure you have a wealth of music
in you that will never make it to an album. Share your idle ramblings!
I love the extended solos you played live on songs like Wring That
Neck. Why not pick up the old acoustic and give us a taste of what
it's like to hear Ritchie messing around on a Sunday morning? Missed
you guys at the PA Renaissance Faire. We're considering camping
there every weekend in the hope that you may return. I can't wait
until return to play in the NY/PA area.

Your music evoke ancient
centuries; castles, knights, fights, spades. But I find too a markedly
message of peace for the people, for the mankind. A beautiful fusion
with instruments our time and instruments with own spirit. Your
music is amazing. Please receive a salute of me and my country.
Go making beautiful music, music for the soul!!!

I would love to see "Rainbow
Eyes" or "Tearing Out My Heart" on a new Blackmore's Night Album.
Both of the albums have left me wanting more. Is there a new album
in the works yet? Can't get enough of a good thing. And I can't
wait to see you live. Please come to Columbus, Ohio.

We are hoping to begin
recording late this year for a 2001 release of the next Blackmore's
Night cd - there may be a surprise song from the past - as it has
been so well received in the live shows.

Hi! I am an in love with
your music. My mind flies to other places, to your two disks and
I wait with longing in the heart the third. My biggest serious illusion
to see you in Zaragoza(Spain). Zaragoza, historically was big, because
it belonged to the Kingdom of Aragon, and this Kingdom was one of
those but big of the world in the history of the medievo. And of
course, we have good castles to welcome you. Continue with that
wonderful music! A cordial greeting and excuse for this English
so bad that I have, but if it is not thanks to a program, he could
not make it. Thank you again and a hug Jorge

I just want to say that
i'm glad Ritchie left Deep Purple because it was getting real stale
with the same old same old songs being played. Now the Man in Black
has for the last 3 years created something that is fitting to his
originality that once touched and moved us profoundly from yesteryear,
and with the accompaniment of Candice's ethereal vocal style and
inventiveness of a full blown musical outfit,he has captured a period
when music was innocent and beautifully natural. I am a huge Ritchie
fan and have been since '77 and have followed him through every
album he has ever released and it came as no surprise after reading
so many interviews on the man that he had a longing to go in this
new direction which i personally think is the most cathartic one
he has done as a musician in a very long while. The music on both
Blackmore's Night CD'S is just plain and simply breathtaking and
i could not be more proud of this guitarist that continues to astound
me and fill me with that devastating emotion he always somehow manages
to achieve....Long Live Ritchie and Candice... He is the Night and
she is the Day.

great site from a great
and unique player, there's not many players who have radically changed
their musical direction and been sucessful making the change, but
your one of them Ritchie! I must also say that if it wasn't for
Rainbow rising,I would have never started playing myself. You have
been an inspiration to me and I wish to thank you!!!!!

An old house,by American
standards, sits deserted and eerily inviting for discovery. This
house is located in Yacolt,WA., about 20 miles north of Portland,
Or. What caught my intrest; the address is on Blackmore Ave! I have
both Blackmore's Night C.D.'s and I appreciate what Ritchie and
Candice have done. Congratulations are in order for the fine work;
and for the happiness that has come to Ritchie. Thanks for all the
wonderful music, and the happiness it has brought to me. E.T. de

Hi Candice, Hi Ritchie!
I was lucky to share your yesterday's concert in Munich, Germany,
with all the other friends who met there to listen to your wonderful
music! There is so much trash in the "music" - scene of today, so
it is good to have your kind of music. This is - after a long time
- the first time again that music touches my spirit and my soul!
By the way, Ritchie: I grew up with Deep Purple, entered the twentie's
with Rainbow, am listening now to the music of Candice and you;
let's say: I am tracing your musical way since 22 years! Just go
ahead with this fantastic way of playing guitar and performing music,
together with your lovely Candice! I will see you again in Munich!!
best wishes, Uli

Ever since I've seen
Blackmore's Night I can't stop listening to them, and than was many
violet moons ago in Chicago. As many fans, I attended the show based
on Ritchie's reputation in Deep Purple and Rainbow. I've never been
a big fan of what was described to me as "new age" music. Needless
to say I was VERY, skeptical before the show. About one verse into
the show my skepticism disappeared and was replaced with wonder!
It was a double dose of mysticism: 1. Seeing Ritchie's mastery of
the guitar for the first time in person. 2. Experiencing a wonderful
style of music that I had never been exposed to before! Thank you
Ritchie and Candice for venturing out onto this road and broadening
many persons horizons along the way! Cheers and I'll see you on
your next trip to the states.

I just want to thank
Mr. Blackmore for his music. "Made in Europe" album still amazes
me. What I do hate is that I can´t play one solo without someone
goes, - You stole that from Ritchie! (And it doesn´t help that I
have a white Stratocaster!) Well, anyway. Thanks Ritchie, you´re
the man!

Great Musician... Wonderfuls
records... Thank you Ritchie. But a litte Idea for your site. Why
are there no music samples? I would be happy if I could prelisten
your newest works. Just some 1 minute slices, in not too good quality
or something like this. Otherwise I have to illegally download your
work. And if I can get the full mp3 on the net, why buy your CD?
But if I can prelisten, and if I likes it, I'll buy your CD....
Think about that.

Dear Candice & Ritchie:
First, upon hearing Blackmore's Night, I must say that it is beautiful
work! My favorite track happens to be "Castles and Dreams." The
harmonies and musicianship elicit strong emotions. I too am a big
fan of Renaissance music, art, and the culture in general. Any thoughts
on a special appearance at, say, the MARYLAND RENASSAINCE FESTIVAL,
held in Crownsville, Maryland in Autumn?! Jousting, turkey legs,
mead, artisans, crafts, games, events, everything. It is set in
deep woods and would be an intimate place to hold a performance
for your fans. Just a hop, skip and a jump from New York. Finally,
Ritchie, the solo from Space Truckin' off Made in Japan is legendary.
Keep up the good work.

I have been listening
to you for a long time. Now in my older age, I am really starting
to appreciate how good of a guitar player you really are. I would
love to hear a union of all your past greatest hits with all your
greatest singers live. Love you Joe
